| Equipment Requirements - Tuesday, January 12, 2010
- Two lacrosse sticks
- Gloves - royal blue, white or black
- Elbow pads - royal blue, white or black
- Shoulder pads
- Rib protection is strongly encouraged for attackmen
- Helmets must be white, with royal blue visor and chin bar
- Mouth piece (must be colored cannot be clear or white)
- Cleats and tennis shoes (bring both to each practice)
- It is mandatory that all players wear an athletic supporter or compression short and cup
