 Homestead Lacrosse Club Info Minimize

The Homestead Lacrosse Club was established in 2005 by parents and students from Homestead and Canterbury High Schools. The first year the club consisted of a varsity boys team with approximately 35 players. Through the hard work and dedication of the players and parents, the club offers a varsity and junior varsity boys team and also a girls varsity and  junior varsity team.  The club runs a YOUTH summer lacrosse camp and winter clinic through the Jorgensen's YMCA. A middle school program was started in 2009 called SouthWest Lacrosse Club. Currently we have a  5/6 and a 7/8 team. This program was started to serve as a "feeder" program for the Homestead Boys Lacrosse teams. The club currently offers students from several area high schools and middle schools the opportunity to play lacrosse. Going into its seventh year the club now has over a hundred high school and middle school student athletes involved with playing lacrosse.
